The first Mercedes-Benz engine factory in Poland is located in the municipality of Jawor, located about 70 km west of Wrocław, in the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone. The plant, within the newly established Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Polska company, will produce four-cylinder petrol and diesel engines for Mercedes-Benz passenger cars.
