The façade access system is designed for work related to the day-to-day maintenance of buildings (e.g. maintenance, washing, repair, window replacement) using rope access techniques.
The system is characterized by usability, ergonomics, durability and safety taking into account the specificity of work at height so that the target user can use the optimal system for access to the façade. The system is based on the use of special booms protecting the roof edges installed in sockets with anchor points. The façade access system includes the use of personal protective equipment to prevent falls.
The system is based on sockets that are permanently anchored to the structure of the building and booms, which are only put into sockets for the duration of the work.
