The ACCEN RAIL belaying rail system is a special rail which acts as a guide on which the belayer car with a low coefficient of friction moves. It is intended for use as a fall protection system and a façade access system.
It works perfectly as a suspended system securing workers in depots of rail vehicles, buses, halls and warehouses, silos and loading points for tanks, wagons, etc.
It is also successfully used as a safety system mounted under cranes, machines and technological lines. In façade access systems, it is an excellent solution to carry out work related to glass cleaning or glass replacement. Made of anodized aluminium resistant to extreme corrosive conditions, variants it can be painted in any RAL colour. The spacing of fastenings depends on the intended use and is 1,5m when working in rope access, or 3m in a fall protection system. It can be installed directly into the structure or with system brackets. The standard length of the rail is 3 m and can be connected without restrictions on the length of the entire rail system. Thanks to its small size, the ACCEN RAIL rail blends perfectly into the building on which it is installed.
Approved for use by 4 people at the same time. The used safety carts are equipped with a special ball bearing system so that they move smoothly on the guide. The load capacity of the car is 136 kg. The ACCEN RAIL belaying rail meets the requirements of EN795 type D and CEN/ TS 16415.
